Ezekiel Nii Noye Nortey (Managing Director)

The Managing Director holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and also has about ten years of teaching experience as a lecturer at the Department of Statistics from the University of Ghana. He is the current Head of Department (HOD) for the Statistics Department, University of Ghana, Legon. As a consultant, he has been a Regular Resource Person in:

  • Data Analysis and Management in short courses organized by the Institute of Statistical, Social, and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, Legon.

Lukas Kornher (Chief Economist/Data Analyst)

The Chief Data Analysis holds a PhD in Econometrics and Development Economics from the
University of Bonn, Germany. He has also worked with several institutions including the Center for
Development Reserach (ZEF), Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER),
German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning
(MoFEP) Ghana, Consultant, Center for European Economic Research (ZEW)

Research works coordinated by the Chief Data Analyst include:

i. Determinants of domestic food price volatility in developing countries.
ii. International and regional price transmission of agricultural commodities.
iii. Trading strategies of private stockholders in Ghana.
iv. Public price stabilisation programmes in ECOWAS.
v. Efficiency of the Communication Service Tax in Ghana.
vi. Estimation of a Non-Linear Almost Ideal Demand System (N-AIDS) with data from the
Ghana Living Standard Survey 2005/2006 (GLSS 5).

Financial Controller (Kwaku Mensah Dorgbetor)

The Financial Controller holds a BA degree in Accounting from the Ghana Institute for
Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) , BA degree in Information Studies from the
University of Ghana and an HND in Accountancy from Tamale polytechnic.

He has over nine years‟ experience in finance and accountancy, and has worked for several firms and NGOs as Accounts Officer and Audit Manager some of which include Shangrila Hotel, Besworth
Investment Service, Women and development project(NGO) etc. He has also trained and supervised
sales executives in cash collection in micro-finance management

Marketing/Research Manager

The Marketing/Research manager holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of
Ghana, and has been involved in a lot of personal and collaborative research both in Ghana and
abroad.
